They are so polite, friendly, and courteous and are really dedicated to their jobs. They take their time to service the air con and are very thorough in their job scope. The icing on the cake is that they do a proper clean up after servicing so it's not dirty and they are very careful in handling their equipment so they don't knock into furniture/walls. They are very knowledgeable in fixing any AC issues too. I'm really glad I switched to this AC company! Totally no regrets at all.
