Signs you need a chemical overhaul
If you've already completed a standard chemical wash and the issue returned, or your system is in any of these states, an overhaul is the recommended solution.

If drainage lines still back up after a wash, hardened jelly is trapped deep inside the back-tray. Full unit disassembly is needed to clear it completely.

Cover work area & furnishings
Waterproof floor sheets and protective covers are laid down first to ensure your room and furniture stay completely clean.
Initial operational diagnostic test
We check airflow speed, temperature differential, electrical components, and note any pre-existing mechanical issues.
Refrigerant pump-down & electrical isolation
Refrigerant is safely pumped back to the outdoor compressor unit without gas wastage, and power circuits are isolated.
Dismantle front fascia & air filters
Front casing, motorized louver flaps, and air filtration frames are removed carefully.
Detach fancoil completely from wall
The complete fancoil unit is unmounted from its bracket and brought down from the wall for complete access.
Extract drainage tray & blower wheel
The internal water pan, blower fan roller, and bearing assemblies are detached from the cooling coil.
Transfer to dedicated wash zone
All disassembled components are transferred to your bathroom or yard for safe, controlled washing.
Submerge & treat in chemical bath
